Dean swears he’s real, real as any other human being. He swears his name is Sam and he’s grown up with him ever since he was 4. He swears that he can feel him, touch his skin, lips, and hair like he’s no empty space. He swears that he didn’t steal some amulet from a thrift shop. He swears it was a gift from Sam. He swears he didn’t call the attractive blonde at the bar a bitch. He swears it was only him replying to Sam calling him a jerk. He swears there’s no problem with the music coming from the Impala. He swears it’s just Sam lowering it since he never liked it too loud. He swears he says ‘two queens’ instead of ‘one king’ because Sam is right beside him, but nobody would know that. And most of all, he swears he’s in love with him, a hallucination of a little brother that’s probably gonna be stuck in his twisted, psychotic mind forever.
